A Total Wellbeing Experience- takes up to 2 hours and costs: €80 .00
This session begins with an in-depth energy scan of the energy system; the aura and the physical body. Core blocks and negative energy can be identified and dispersed, with the use of Reiki and crystals which are placed on the body as healing is applied. This is then followed by an aromatic massage using unique blends of essential oils and crystal/flower essences. The entire energy system is rebalanced during this wonderful therapy- promoting a sense of peace, harmony and relaxation.
Metamorphic Technique: 30 minutes- €25.00
Also known as the 'butterfly effect for transformation', Metamorphic technique was pioneered by a reflexologist from Belgium who used this technique with amazing results. It involves a light anti-clockwise massage to the spinal reflexes of the feet, ankles, wrists, hands and back of the head and neck. Totally non-invasive, it assists in the release of negative core beliefs and values which may hold us back in life. With this in mind, Metamorphic technique plays an important role in the transformation process, as it helps reconnect you to your authentic self. You can combine Metamophic technique with an Emotional Freedom Technique, (or EFT for short), Reiki and crystal healing treatment for ultimate effect.
Soul Therapy: 60 minutes- €50.00
Soul therapy embraces the aspects of body psychotherapy, EFT (emotional freedom technique- which involves tapping on various meridian points of the body by the client to release negative emotions), Reiki and shamanic soul retrieval, enabling you to feel at peace within your body and reuniting all aspectsof your soul self. Shamanic soul retrieval helps you to re-empower the self, thus gaining a positive perspective and focus to achieve realistic goals. Shamanistic healing is based on the understanding that a person who has a lack of personal power and is blocked with negative energy, cannot be either fully in the moment, or manifest his/her desires. Shamanic soul retrieval helps you reclaim those parts of your soul that are absent due to shock or trauma and leaves you feeling peacefuly empowered. Further consultations are available via telephone or e-mail so a course can be maintained if necessary.
Empowering Sessions of Yoga-Dance: 60 minutes- €30.00 for a one to one or group session.
Within these sessions I will evaluate your core needs and work with the creative essence of yoga and dance combined. The movements themselves are adapted from various yoga postures and oriental dance- collectively yoga in motion. This unique combination offers an excellent way to loosen any tense areas and release pent up stress. A wonderfully liberating way of dancing, Yoga-Dance takes into consideration the breath, the pose and the freedom of movement from one pose to another. Twisting, turning spiraling in and out of figure of eight sequences, stretching your whole body both inside and out and is a brilliant form of exercise- excellent for overall spiritual and emotional balance. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Chakra Yoga- is as described above, but without the addition of dance movements and takes us through various yoga asanas for each individual chakra. Cost and duration are the same.
Yoga as a Therapy- the movements of Yoga can assist in the liberation and gentle manipulation of joints which massage and other hands on therapies cannot always achieve. By allowing an individual the freedom to find their own boundaries and extend beyond their usual restriction of movement, Yoga Therapy actively encourages us to go beyond that which we have become accustomed to as a range of movement, and helps us find the root cause of the problem with the assistance of the breath. These sessions offer the individual an empowering way to actively take part in healing the self and are great for improving self confidence and self esteem. Yoga Therapy usually takes an hour, but it is possible for the session to extend to 2 hours depending on the needs of each client.
A 1 hour session of Yoga Therapy costs 30 euros, 2 hours is 60 euros.
