Healing; Mind over matter....
Having studied Reiki and alternative healing arts over many years, the discoveries I have made are remarkable. I have come to believe we are all subconsciously responsible for our own healing, and have the necessary resources at hand through the choice of our own freewill, acceptance and ultimately letting go. In this way we can physically change the celluar structure of our bodies and increase our vital life force energy, remembering to maintain a positive focus with a little daily discipine. The creating of positive awareness and rituals will help to keep our minds clear from everyday clutter. Simple yet effective daily energising rituals will help protect us from the outside influences of other people's negative energy, therefore they should be a very important part of our daily routine. I shall include these in my future additional information, so keep an eye on these pages.
Trauma in Chakras;
Memories of past traumas accessed through the individual *chakras and external energy system add a fascinating concept to healing, and allow us to delve deeper into our past paternal experiences, enabling us to heal not only ourselves in the now, but pass that healing through from past generations of our ancestors. There is no need for us to suffer at all, or to carry the burdens of our ancestral issues. All can be healed.
*(Chakras; Sankrit name for the spinning wheels of light that draw in and expell energy through to the phsyical body. These chakras also govern the meridan energy lines that run through the phsyical body itself)
During my years as a psychic visionary, I have witnessed remarkable encounters of healing as well as how the invasion of our own and other people's negative energy into our aura and phsyical body which can affect our ability to maintain positive thinking. This especially happens when we are more focused on a subconscious level with belief patterns that were created and passed on by our parents. These can cause us to react either positively or negatively to each fear that surfaces in response to an event in our lives. An interesting analysis is that through our DNA, parental issues may block our chakras, especially lower ones where we hold all our major fears and emotional trauma.
Of course a huge part of the healing process is the ability to identify with the root cause of the illness itself, and learn to develop compassion for those that may have contributed to the condition(s). Yet we have to learn to accept responsibilty for our own healing, and as we combine both acceptance with letting go; forgiveness and compassion will ultimately lead us forward to a place of universal peace, bringing in the light.
When we are flooded with and work only in the light, we cannot possibly contaminate our bodies with any molecules that cause us to become ill; illness itself comes to us so that we can learn to look within at where we need to make specific changes in our way of thinking. Therefore the art of healing comes from the ability to accept mind over matter and also the acceptance that individually we are the most powerful beings in our universe. One miraculous aspect of healing is that by using a healing treatment known as: 'Metamorphic Technique', we can release subconscious negative patterns that block us from realising and fulfilling our true potential. Working on the spinal reflexes of the feet, ankles, hands, wrists and back of the head and neck, previous bocks either inherant, or passed through from other life-times, can be healed.
I have had a fascinating insight into the healing powers of metamorphic technique, and it is a pure pleasure to see the energy of people 'lift', as the veil between the limited version of themselves, and the refreshed, clearer and empowered self shines through.
