As there is so much information available to consumers when it comes to investigating holistic connections of the mind, body and spirit, I decided to add information which I consider to be relevant to both Reiki and Total Wellbeing in general. To make it easier I have separated the sections into Mind Body and Spirit, with information relevant to each title.These sections are just a small sample of my own teachings, as well as inspirational and useful information which I have found during my studies. I am now able to offer a unique and exciting opportunity for those who would like to participate in a Course of Spitirual Development aimed at developing your intuition and awakening your true soul-self; allowing you the spiritual freedom you need- not only to reach for the stars, but to shine as one amongst them!

The journey on the path of an open and enlightened heart is not always an easy one. At times it can seem to be a real struggle, especially when our everyday lives and living on 'bread and butter money' can overshadow our higher soul self needs to explore this great universe of ours.
We go off in search of that certain something, only to realise that we actually spent years denying ancient knowledge that lies sleeping within us all the time! When we begin to awaken and hear our calling, then life becomes interesting as we move beyond the ego self and begin to see the wider picture.
There are so many wonderful books around these days with either biographies or fictional stories describing this inner calling, but when it comes down to it, alchemy plays the largest part in the great mysteries of life. Synchronicity and coincidences help guide us on our journey. The trouble is our freewill and need for material welath overshadows our true Divine purpose and very often, we miss the point. We are all able to tune into Universal power, all it takes is a willingness to listen, a little self- discipline and the ability to act from the heart.
So be aware and watch for the signs, for the truth is yet to be revealed....
